Vashti has built her career at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution. Her background spans enterprise software, consulting, private equity transformation, and early-stage ventures. She has implemented global business systems at companies like Credit Suisse and Red Hat, led operational redesigns and growth programs under private equity ownership, and helped launch new private credit funds and businesses from the ground up. Her work includes building operating models, defining work structures, and setting up the processes and tools that make a business run day to day.

Vashti grew up in Aspen, Colorado, where skiing was part of daily life and the mountains were a constant reminder of perspective and progress. Lift 1A, one of Aspen’s earliest chairlifts, carried people higher, opening access to new terrain and symbolizing the town’s transformation from a quiet mining community into a place known for ambition and forward movement.
